Plaintiff(s): Sir John Banks, kt (Attorney General), by information.

Defendant(s): Sir Henry Herbert, kt, Richard Elliot, John Milward, Richard Smyth, Thomas Chapman, Humfrey Reynolds, Peter Branch, the younger, Edward Jeffreys, Thomas Powell.

Subject of depositions: King's Park, called Bewdley Park, in the custody of Sir Ralph Clare, K.B. Alleged intrusion by defendants during 1630 to 1637. Waste and spoil.
