Short title: Ashton v Ashton.

Plaintiff(s): Richard Ashton.

Defendant(s): Frances Ashton, widow.

Subject of depositions: Rectory of Whalley (Lancashire), and a "lath or barn" in Worston. Whether it has been a "tithe barn?" The parish and monastery of Whalley. Tithes.
