Description

Short title: Attorney General v Sidney.

Plaintiff(s): Attorney General.

Defendant(s): Dame Jane Sidney, Christopher Parr, Peter Ibram, Thomas Braddock.

Subject of depositions: Marsh grounds near Salthouse and Kelling, and in Cley, and the Haven of Blakney. Whether overflowed by the sea. Common of pasture. Metes and bounds. Perambulation. Lands gained from the sea.

County/place: Norfolk.

Date of commission: 28 July 1637.
