Description

Short title: Attorney General v Harbyn.

Plaintiff(s): Sir John Banks, kt (Attorney General).

Defendant(s): Edward Harbyn, George Burges, Edward Hardinge, Hubert Coffin, Phillip Northover, Richard Northover.

Subject of depositions: "Fishing in the north and south rivers of Wareham" (Dorset). Rent paid to the Crown for same. Licences. The "Royal Draught." Privileges and customs of the borough of Wareham. "Water silver" paid to the Crown.

County/place: Dorset.

Date of commission: 28 June 1637.
