Short title: Waybred v Fawnte.

Plaintiff(s): John Waybred, clerk, vicar of Loseby (Leicester).

Defendant(s): Sir William Fawnte, kt, one of the defendants.

Subject of depositions: Parish, rectory, and vicarage of Loseby, and the lordship of Cold Newton, in Leicester. Tithes.
