Short title: Singleton v Minshall.

Plaintiff(s): William Singleton, the younger, and his wife Elizabeth.

Defendant(s): John Minshall, George Spurstow.

Subject of depositions: Andrew Taylor, the elder, of Brinstage (Cheshire), (father of plaintiff Elizabeth). Disposal and sale of his personal estate. Maintenance of his children.

County/place: Cheshire.

Date of commission: 26 June 1637.
