Description

Short title: Lisle v Cony.

Plaintiff(s): John Lisle, His Majesty's master cook, John John Meredith.

Defendant(s): Sir Thomas Cony, kt, Sir Sutton Cony, kt, Katherine Bell, widow, John Bell.

Subject of depositions: Farms, etc. in Wesbie and Burton, called "Wesbie pasture, etc." in the possession of Sir Henry Cholmeley, kt, and others, late of the Hospital of St John of Jerusalem in England, and the manors of Basingthorp and Burton. Rents due to the Crown.

County/place: Lincolnshire.

Date of commission: 25 June 1634.
