Description

Short title: Harmer v Brown.

Plaintiff(s): John Harmer.

Defendant(s): John Brown, Edward Wagstaff, Richard Cugley, James Powell, Anthony Bull, Charles Hore.

Subject of depositions: Castle of Gloucester used as a county gaol. Touching the payment of an "ancient fee of 12s. to the constable of said castle by any person "using the trade of brewing ale or beere. ".

County/place: Gloucestershire.

Date of commission: 25 June 1634.
