Description

Short title: Lance v Free.

Plaintiff(s): John Lance.

Defendant(s): John Free, John Parrett.

Subject of depositions: Grist Mills called Truvernvighan alias Truran-vighan and Reskorfe Mills, in the parish of Clemence (Cornwall). Whether parcel of the manor of Moresk and part of the duchy of Cornwall. Custom of "suit and grist" to mills by the tenants of manor.

County/place: Cornwall.

Date of commission: 25 June 1634.
