Description

Short title: Lord Roberts v Blyth.

Plaintiff(s): John Lord Roberts.

Defendant(s): William Blyth.

Subject of depositions: Capital messuage and demesne lands called "Edmeston" in the parish of Modbury (Devon), and a messuage adjoining called Cutsford. Metes and bounds. Waste and spoil of woods. Nature of tenure, etc.

County/place: Cornwall.

Date of commission: 25 June 1634.

Additional information: interrogatories and depositions taken 16 September 1634 at Lostwithiel and 1 October 1634 at Bodmyn.
