Description

Short title: Bent v Bent.

Plaintiff(s): William Bent.

Defendant(s): Thomas Bent, William Bratford, the younger. William Goddard, Robert Walker, Michael Olliffe, Thomas Shaw, John Tilley, the elder, Thos Wilmore, John Tilley, the younger, Edmund Tilley, William Wilmore, Thomas Goddard, Richard Bent, William Bradford, the elder, Thomas Gunston, Thomas Williams, William Gray, Elinor Wilmore, Richard Younge.

Subject of depositions: "Parish or lordship" of Enderby (Leicestershire), and closes in the late forest of Leicester. Metes and bounds. Tithes, etc.

County/place: Leicestershire.

Date of commission: 25 June 1634.
