Short title: Trevor v Powell.

Plaintiff(s): Sir John Trevor, kt.

Defendant(s): Sir Thomas Powell, baronet, John Powell and his wife Margaret, Thomas Davis, Thomas Parsonage, Robert Olton, Richard Prince, Lewis ap Edward David Hughes, Thomas Griffith.

Subject of depositions: Lordship of Bromfield and Yale (Denbighshire), and the mill called Merford Mill therein. Touching custom of "suit and service" of the inhabitants of "Allington alias Trevallin" to the mill.

County/place: Denbighshire.

Date of commission: 25 June 1634.
