Description

Short title: Attorney General v Lench.

Plaintiff(s): Attorney General, by the relation of Sir William Irving, kt.

Defendant(s): George Lench. John Lench, Edward Broad, William Mylton, John Wakeman, Thomas Dedicote, Robert Southall, Humfrey Garmson.

Subject of depositions: Wood or woody grounds called Altons Wood. What number of acres, etc. Touching leases from the Crown to Sir William Walsh, kt, the Earl of Holdernes.

County/place: Worcestershire; Shropshire.

Date of commission: 12 February 1634.
