Description

Short title: Milnes v Gallard.

Plaintiff(s): William Milnes, merchant.

Defendant(s): Joshua Gallard, George Stringer.

Subject of depositions: Lead bought at Baultrie and elsewhere in Derbyshire, and sent up to London to George Milnes (plaintiff's factor and uncle). Custom of marking lead. [See (for commission) 9 Chas I East Number 36].
