Description

Short title: Shepard v Shepard.

Plaintiff(s): Thomas Shepard.

Defendant(s): John Shepard, Alice Shepard, Nicholas Robins and his wife Margaret.

Subject of depositions: Lands in Foscot (Northamptonshire) formerly belonging to John Shepard and Margaret his wife, and lately to Michael Shepard their son, deceased. Last will, of John. [See 9 Chas I Michaelmas Number 63].

County/place: Northamptonshire.

Date of commission: 28 November 1633.
