Description

Short title: Earl of Salisbury v Lord Arundel.

Plaintiff(s): William Earl of Salisbury, Thomas Fitzjames, Edmond Hawles, Richard Swayne.

Defendant(s): Thomas Lord Arundel of Wardour, Sir George Morton, bart Edmund Chadwell. Thomas Gawen, Thomas Hancock, Maurice Carrant, Arthur Pyne, Mary Knapton, John Harbyn, Richard Squibb, William Goddard, Thomas Mullens.

Subject of depositions: Chase called Cranborne Chase. What fees and duties are due and payable by the tenants within the Chace to the ranger, keepers, and other officers, and to the Earl of Salisbury. [See 9 Chas I Easter, Number 16].

County/place: Dorset.

Date of commission: 10 July 1633.
