Description

Short title: Attorney General v Mayor of Exeter.

Plaintiff(s): William Noy (Attorney General).

Defendant(s): The manor, bailiffs, and comynaltie of the city of Exeter.

Subject of depositions: City and castle of Exeter, and the walls, ditches, etc. Particularly touching grounds or waste lands called "Northenhay" and "Southenhay." Metes and bounds. Value. Survey, etc.

County/place: Devon.

Date of commission: 10 July 1633.
