Defendant(s): The aldermen and burgesses of the boro' of Malmesburie.
Subject of depositions: Town and borough of Malmesbury, lands called "Kings Heath" and "hundred lands" belonging to the town, etc. Metes and bounds. Common of pasture. Alleged incroachment on lands contrary to equity.
County/place: Wiltshire.
Date of commission: 10 July 1633.
