Description

Short title: Prestwood v Dean of Saint Mary in Salisbury.

Plaintiff(s): Thomas Prestwood.

Defendant(s): Dean and Canons of the Cathedral Church of Saint Mary in Salisbury, Nicholas Gilberd.

Subject of depositions: Rectory of Totnes and the parish of Malboro' (Devon), the rectory of West Lavington alias Alvington, and the parish of Ermington, and the late priory of Totnes. Tithes.

County/place: Devon; Wiltshire.

Date of commission: 10 July 1633.
