Short title: Sheppard v Sheppard.

Plaintiff(s): John Sheppard, Alice Sheppard, widow.

Defendant(s): Thomas Sheppard, John Staunton.

Subject of depositions: Lands in Foscote, in Northampton, parcel of the manor of Alderton, lately belonging to Michaelmas Sheppard, husband of plaintiff. Touching the last will, etc. of John Sheppard, father of plaintiff Alice.

County/place: Northamptonshire.

Date of commission: 10 July 1633.
