Plaintiff(s): Sir Robert Fisher, kt and bart.
Defendant(s): Ezechias Scarning, John Buggs, Thomas Robinson, John Wagstaffe.
Subject of depositions: "Certen wood or wood ground" in Bedworth (Warwickshire), called "Great Marshall" the reversion of which appertained to Sir Clement Fisher (the plaintiff's father). Alleged waste and spoil committed by defendants in the woods.
County/place: Warwickshire.
Date of commission: 10 July 1633.
