Description

Short title: Lascells v Metcalf.

Plaintiff(s): Thomas Lascells.

Defendant(s): Richard Metcalf, Mark Hall.

Subject of depositions: Manor, town, and borough of N. Allerton (Yorkshire), and the mills there called the "Castle Mills" parcel of the bishopric of Durham. Alleged withdrawal by defendants of their "suit and sucken" from the mills.Customs of manor.
