Description

Short title: Lord Craven v Hungerford.

Plaintiff(s): William Lord Craven, Baron of Hamsted Marshal (Somerset), John Hix.

Defendant(s): Sir Edward Hungerford, kt of the Bath, Robert Shaw, John Roberts and his wife Martha, Edward Rogers, Elizabeth Baker.

Subject of depositions: Close in Henton (Somerset) called "Trumans Path." Alleged contempt of court committed by defendants in disobeying an injunction of court, and writ of attachment by removing the bounds of close.

County/place: Somerset.

Date of commission: 28 May 1633.

Additional information: interrogatories and depositions taken 17 June 1633 at Froome.
