Description

Short title: Bishop of Bath and Wells v Pratt.

Plaintiff(s): William Bishop of Bath and Wells, late Bishop of Peterboro', and his wife Anne.

Defendant(s): Ellianor Pratt, widow, Millicent Pratt, Oliver Stephens.

Subject of depositions: Lease of a grange and farm called "The Lowe" made by the dean and chapter of Peterboro', to John Reason, of Boxworth (Cambridgeshire), 8 Elizabeth Touching the validity of lease.

County/place: Northamptonshire; Somerset; Leicestershire; Cambridgeshire.

Date of commission: 1 June 1633.

Additional information: interrogatories and depositions taken 13 June 1633 at Petereboro' and 25 June 1633 at Medburn and Holt, Leicester.
