Defendant(s): John Claxton.
Subject of depositions: Manor and soke of Leiston (Suffolk). Touching timber cut down in the copyholds by the lords of the manor, and particularly in land called "Garrards" lying in Theberton. Customs of manor.
County/place: Suffolk.
Date of commission: 12 February 1633.
Additional information: interrogatories and depositions taken 25 April 1633 at Eastbridge, Theberton.
