Plaintiff(s): Dame Dorothy Halsall, widow, executrix of the last will and testament of Sir Cuthbert Halsall, kt, deceased.
Defendant(s): Jane Scarisbrick, widow, executrix of the last will and testament of Anthony Scarisbrick, deceased, Francis Columball, Edward Smith.
Subject of depositions: Debts of Cuthbert (plaintiff's late husband) to Anth. defendant's late husband, and the lands of William Butler, of Rawcliffe (one of the securities for Cuthbert), and of Cuthbert in Rawcliff, Hambleton, and elsewhere, in Lancaster.
County/place: Lancashire.
Date of commission: 12 February 1633.
