Description

Short title: Attorney General v Mayor of Exeter.

Plaintiff(s): William Noy (Attorney General), by information.

Defendant(s): The mayor, bailiffs, and commonality of the city of Exeter (Devon).

Subject of depositions: Breadth, of the ditches, and wastes of the Castle of Exeter, and the metes and bounds of the city and castle, and of grounds called "Northern hay" etc.
