Description

Short title: Lord Abergavenny v Barnerd.

Plaintiff(s): Henry Lord Abergavenny.

Defendant(s): Robert Barnerd, the elder, Robert Barnard, the younger, and his wife Susan.

Subject of depositions: Manors of Chiltington and Nutborne (Sussex). Touching the right of the lord of the manors to "dig, draw, and take iron mine and care in the copyhold lands there." Customs of manors.

County/place: Sussex.

Date of commission: 12 February 1633.
