Description

Short title: Lucy v Fleetwood.

Plaintiff(s): Sir Thomas Lucy, kt.

Defendant(s): Sir Paul Fleetwood, kt, Robert Fleetwood, Edward Fleetwood, John Browne.

Subject of depositions: Money lent on bond by plaintiff to defendants, and defendants' lands in Hakensale, Thornton, Rossall, Barton in Amoundernes, Peel, Hulton, Great Layton, Little Layton, Great Marton, and elsewhere in Lancashire.

County/place: Lancashire.

Date of commission: 12 February 1633.
