Description

Short title: Attorney General v Mayor of Bristol.

Plaintiff(s): William Noy (Attorney General) (by information) and the late Attorney General, Sir Robert Heath, kt.

Defendant(s): The mayor and comunaltie of the city of Bristol.

Subject of depositions: Manor of South Brewham, the wastes belonging, the forest of Frome Selwood, and the lands of John Fitzjames and of Phillip Freek in Brewham. Common of pasture.

County/place: Somerset; Bristol.

Date of commission: 12 February 1633.

Additional information: interrogatories and depositions taken 4 April 1633 at Wincanton.
