Short title: Wynne v Capell.

Plaintiff(s): Richard Wynne.

Defendant(s): William Capell, John Leman.

Subject of depositions: Land called Eastfield and various money transactions between Christopher Oldmiskin, of Oldmiskin (Somerset), Anthony Oldmiskin his brother, John Stocker, Margaret Capell.
