Description

Short title: Denton v Ingoldsby.

Plaintiff(s): Sir Thomas Denton, kt.

Defendant(s): Sir Richard Ingoldsby, the elder, kt, Sir Richard Ingoldsby, kt, the younger.

Subject of depositions: Parsonage or vicarage of Buckingham, and pasture grounds in Lethenborough called "The Heath" and "Sidnum." Custom of tithing in Gawcott, etc. Tithes.

County/place: Buckinghamshire.

Date of commission: 20 June 1632.
