Short title: Kingsley v Lake.

Plaintiff(s): William Kingsley, DD, Archdeacon of Canterbury, Thomas Lyne.

Defendant(s): John Lake, Robert Bigge, Thomas Taylor.

Subject of depositions: Rectory or parsonage of Iwade, and the parish of Iwade (Kent). Metes and bounds. Lands gained from marsh. Custom or manner of tithing in parish. Tithes.

County/place: Kent.
