Description

Short title: Farmer v Salter.

Plaintiff(s): Alexander Farmer.

Defendant(s): Sir Nicholas Salter, kt, Nicholas Polhill, Richard Carpenter.

Subject of depositions: Six parcels of land called Pope's Motter's Godwell, Coggers, Greenes, and Sheepcot Hill, parcel of land called Huntes in Mayfield (Sussex). lately belonging to John Fuller, and extended for his debt to John Sackville.

County/place: Sussex.

Date of commission: 20 June 1632.
