Short title: Attorney General v Baynton.

Plaintiff(s): William Noy (Attorney General).

Defendant(s): Henry Baynton, John Jesse, John Corpe, Edward Mogge, David Dibbin, Jerom Barnes, Stephen -, Richard Parfitt, Roger Sweet, Thomas Smith, Jane Ivy, Mary Ditty, widow.

Subject of depositions: Manor of Barrow, and wastes belonging, the Forest of Frome Selwood. Common of pasture, etc. Encroachment on commons, etc.

County/place: Somerset.
