Description

Short title: Attorney General v Rooks.

Plaintiff(s): William Noy (Attorney General), at the relation of Jacob Braems, customer of the port of Sandwich.

Defendant(s): Thomas Rooks, scarcher in, and William Haynes, comptroller of the port of Sandwich.

Subject of depositions: Port of Sandwich and the members thereof. Touching the exportation of horses, mares, and geldings contrary to His Majesty's prohibition thereof, under his signet. Misdemeanors committed by defendants.

County/place: Kent.

Date of commission: 20 June 1632.
