Plaintiff(s): Henry Wilce, clerk, vicar of Willoughton (Lincolnshire).
Defendant(s): Nicholas Viscount Lord Castleton, Sir William Sanderson, kt, Samuel Collins, DD, Provost of King's College, of St Nicholas and St Mary, Cambridge, and the Scollers of the same College.
Subject of depositions: Vicarage of Willoughton (Lincolnshire), and lands there called "Templegarth ", "Monkgarth" and "Westhallgarth." Tithes.
County/place: Lincolnshire.
Date of commission: 20 June 1632.
