Description

Short title: Smyth v Smeath.

Plaintiff(s): Gervase Smyth.

Defendant(s): Mary Smeath, widow, Thomas Perry.

Subject of depositions: Two plots of land, one called "Barrymore's" and the other "Soyler's Plott" alias Scoyler's Plott, in the manor of Mochelney (Somerset), late of defendant's husband. Customs of manor.

County/place: Somerset.

Date of commission: 28 November 1631.

Additional information: interrogatories and depositions taken 18 January 1632 at Yeavell.
