Plaintiff(s): The mayor, bailiffs, and commonalty of the city of Winchester.
Defendant(s): Henry Clerk.
Subject of depositions: City of Winchester and the site of the late dissolved monastery of Hide near Winchester. Rents in Hide Street claimed by plaintiffs. Thomas Clerk (defendant's father), and his lands in Hedbornworthy, held of plaintiffs by lease.
County/place: Hampshire.
Date of commission: 20 May 1631.
