Description

Short title: Clark v Steed.

Plaintiff(s): Josias Clark.

Defendant(s): Thomas Steed.

Subject of depositions: Sale of the manor of Stowting (Kent), and particularly touching the conveyance of a parcel of land, called "The Hath Wood" alias "The Howth Wood. ".

County/place: Kent.

Date of commission: 29 November 1630 and 12 February 1631.
