Description

Short title: Attorney General v Bourchier.

Plaintiff(s): Sir Robert Heath, kt (Attorney General).

Defendant(s): Sir John Bourchier, kt.

Subject of depositions: Forest of Galtrees (Yorkshire). Commonable grounds, called "The West Moses" alias "The West Moore" and the manor of Easingwold and Hubie. Metes and bounds. Right and title of the Crown to the grounds.

County/place: Yorkshire.

Date of commission: 12 February 1631.
