Description

Short title: Mynterne v Durdant.

Plaintiff(s): John Mynterne, Edward Rogers.

Defendant(s): Andrew Durdant, John Warner.

Subject of depositions: "Woodhaw" or "Chertsey Haw" and a wharf in Chertsey, parcel of the manor of Chertsey Beomount (Surrey). Alleged interference of defendants with the custom to the wharf. Custom of wharfage on the river Thames from London Bridge to Windsor.

County/place: Surrey; Berkshire.

Date of commission: 29 November 1630.

Additional information: interrogatories and depositions taken 19 January 1631 at Chertesey.
