Description

Short title: Vermuyden v Stowe.

Plaintiff(s): Sr. Cornelius Vermuyden, kt.

Defendant(s): Alexander Stowe.

Subject of depositions: Manor and park of Fyningley (Notts and York). Whether parcel of the duchy of Lancaster. Money levied upon said premises by defendant as farmers of the greenwax within the duchy.

County/place: Nottinghamshire; Yorkshire.

Date of commission: 29 November 1630.

Additional information: interrogatories and depositions taken 20 January 1631 at Fyningley.
