Description

Short title: Gwyn v John.

Plaintiff(s): David Gwyn and his wife Eleanor.

Defendant(s): Thomas John Howell, John Gruffith John, William Robert, John Reade, and William John David Morris.

Subject of depositions: Manor of Osterlow, the lordship or manor of Penryn, a parcel of land called Kedlands, and waste ground called Forest Wen,and Forest Genol (Carmarthenshire). Metes and bounds. Common of pasture.

County/place: Carmarthenshire.

Date of commission: 29 November 1630.

Additional information: interrogatories and depositions taken 17 January 1631 at Carmarthen.
