Description

Short title: Spiller v Thompson.

Plaintiff(s): Sir Henry Spiller, kt, John Williams, Sir Thomas Middleton, kt.

Defendant(s): Jane Thompson. widow, Thomas Stapeley and his wife Jane, Rowland Helinge, citizen and alderman of London, John Stapeley.

Subject of depositions: Manor of Laleham alias Laleham Billetts (Middlesex). Touching arrears of 12 years' rent for same claimed by plaintiff Spiller. Alleged "waste and spoil" etc.

County/place: Middlesex.

Date of commission: 16 June 1630.

Additional information: interrogatories and depositions taken 3 September 1630 at Laleham.
