Short title: Cole v Congdon.

Plaintiff(s): John Cole.

Defendant(s): Robert Congdon, Josiah Congdon.

Subject of depositions: Lands called "South Trebennick" and "North Trebennick" in the parish of St Nyott, and closes called "Hobbs Hill" and "Dich Tynners." Tenure. Toll tin. Right of way.
