Description

Short title: Attorney General v Earl of Sundelrand.

Plaintiff(s): Sir Robert Heath, kt (Attorney General), and Ann Lyon.

Defendant(s): Emanuel Earl of Sunderland, one of the defendants.

Subject of depositions: Messuage, etc. called "Rande." Whether woods called "Great and Little Bristall" alias "Great and Little Bursted" and a farm called "Steanhouse" are parcel of such messuage? Improvements. Waste and spoil, etc.

County/place: Yorkshire.

Date of commission: 12 February 1630.

Additional information: interrogatories and depositions taken 15 April 1630 at Bedall.
