Description

Short title: Attorney General v Greene.

Plaintiff(s): Sir Robert Heath, kt (Attorney General).

Defendant(s): John Greene, Henry Ledbury, Nicholas Lacy, John Butler, George Butler, Henry Shayberd, John Turner, William Haywood, and others.

Subject of depositions: Inclosure of the forest of Feckenham, and the composition of Sir Miles Fleetwood with the inhabitants of Bradley, Hanbury, and Tardebigg (Worcestershire).

County/place: Worcestershire.

Date of commission: 12 February 1630.
