Description

Short title: Hyde v Webb.

Plaintiff(s): Sir Lawrence Hyde, kt.

Defendant(s): William Webb, John Harris, John Shuter, William Smeeth, William Dyneley.

Subject of depositions: Chantries of Bromeham and Lavington (Wiltshire). Touching an agreement by which defendants undertook to convey the chantries to plaintiff.

County/place: Wiltshire.

Date of commission: 12 February 1630.
