Description

Short title: Attorney General v Boswell.

Plaintiff(s): Sir Robert Heath, kt (Attorney General), by information.

Defendant(s): George Boswell, and others.

Subject of depositions: Manors of Lapley and Aston (Staffordshire). Customs of manors, particularly as regards the payment of herriotts by the tenants in the township of Marston.

County/place: Staffordshire.

Date of commission: 12 February 1630.
